Mandela Month: Goldfields Mall July 2024

House of Hope Community Life Development-Welkom is one of our amazing charity exhibitors for our Madiba Charity month and they are a beacon of hope for vulnerable children in our community.

They provide a safe haven for up to 20 babies, aged 0-18 months, who are awaiting adoption or foster care. Additionally, they have House of Peace, where 7 children receive a nurturing and loving home environment.

They go beyond shelter by hosting weekly support groups for those battling addiction and survivors of sexual abuse and violence. They also offer affordable training focused on child development and care for parents, social workers, and teachers.

House of Hope is investing in children, dreams, and the future, but they need our support.

They are grateful for the community’s support and have ongoing needs, including:
– Baby products, diapers (size 1 & 2)
– Cleaning supplies, and disinfectants
– Non-perishable foods
– Stationary for High school kids – 13 to 18 years
– Clothing, shoes, and school clothes for boys and girls aged 13 to 18 years

Make a difference today. Contact House of Hope at 057 101 0286 or visit them at 226 Stateway, Welkom, to donate and help transform the lives of these children.
